After waiting for over 6 months that DSP Thai announced the special event would be held for those fan who buy the Photobook, it ends with deceptions. Yes, it is twice !
I did not hesitate just to pay the official member fee of THB 1,500, the photobook THB 1,500 and also baught 2 albums that DSP Thai sold. I was in a hurry tranfer money to the company as I was afraid that I would miss a good chance to see them. Waiting for over 2 months, I haven't heard any news from the company. Schedule or any visiting plan is not communicated. Even the membership number was not provided, then I was unable to access the official webboard to get any information. The answer via phone was just waiting DSP Korea to approve the membership number. Come on..... I pay for you without any hesitation. Why you take such long time for just only to provide me the username! It is so ridiculous.
Waiting for over 3 months, I was acknowledged of my username and password...but....there is kind of nothing in the official webboard. Information is so out of date and it is not worth to pay for. I then wonder how the company really works and why it requires Thai office here ! This is my personal opinion, simultaneously heppened and keep in my mind, especiall when comparing with DSP Japan.
Last time, when I knew about the SS501 plan to Koh Samui for a TV show filming. And DSP Thai announce that there would be an authograph session held in Bangkok the later days, I was so excited. I and my friend had already taken annual leave and plan for our trip and also for the event. However, we ultimately found that the trip was cancelled in the morning while some SS501 members were already at the airport. DSP Thai posted on its main webpage that Joong got high fever at the airport then they need to cancel the trip. We were so worried about his health and understood them. However, we got a surprise on the other day when Joong told the newspaper that he was fine and just only have to take the physical therapy as planned ! We then get a lot of confuse. Many Thai fan, including me, have already prepared birthday gift for Joong (it was in early of June). We made it with strong hope and belief that they would come as DSP Thai had given some event plan. Actually it was very suspicious at that time that DSP Thai had not confirmed the place and detail of event, but as I was too focused on their coming, I was then overlook this suspicious. It counted it as the first deception.
Last month, DSP repeated the announcement for the authograph session that would be held on Aug 27'09. In the official club meet & greet event, held for Baby's birthday celebration, DSP staff still confirmed about the Aug 27th session but haven't given much detail. Content in the webboard has given the time and appointment place to receive the Photobook. However, we finally found out that the whole route of air ticket booking was cancelled, we then feel (^^") worried again. We thought that it would caused from the airplane accident in Samui airport the other day and the company might be worry about their safety and that was fine for us. When it was nearly the 27th, some members that haven't instructed DSP to send the Photobook to their home, surprisingly recieved it. They are suddenly worried that there would be bad news again. Calling to DSP Thai get confirmation that they would come, distribution of the photobook was just to ensure that the photobook will be received by members living in upcountry. Come on (again), they live in Bangkok. We tried to trust DSP as we couldn't do any better thing than waiting.
Yesterday, it officially posted and sent mail to members that the session was cancelled due to some planned activities has been cancelled then the autograph session was postponed.
Is the SS501 members and DSP Korea realized this autograph session? I am quite curious about their management and also attention to keep Thai fan ! It cannot help that we would feel like we were decepted to buy the photobook.
We are now very depressed but deeply believe that it was not the members' false. We would remember this twice matters but will still keep strong support to them.
I don't know how to let them know about our sorrow.
